1. If you’ve already read my previous blog on “Creating Email Accounts using Microsoft Exchange Server” and made your email accounts, then just go to the standard bar of outlook window, and click on Tools option, and select from the list E-mail Accounts, and click it.
2. Then a window will come with heading E-Mail Accounts, then some options with radio buttons will come, select “Add a new E-mail Accounts” and click “Next”.
3. This will lead to another window which asks for Server Type, select “POP3”, and click “Next”.
4. A new window appears, with the heading “Internet E-mail Settings”, which will be having Many Boxes.
1. User Information
Your Name: Write the user’s name
E-mail Address: Which has already been created in the Microsoft Exchange Server.

2. Server Information:
Incoming Server(POP): Your pop server address( like pop.orgname.in)
Outgoing Mail Server(smtp): Your smtp address like (smtp.orgname.in).
3. Logon Information
User Name: User’s Email Address.
Password: Pop’s password.
5. Then click Test Account Settings, and let the network complete the configuration, but if in between a pop-up window
comes asking for the password, type the pop’s password, and a message would come, congratulating
you for the completion.
6.Then Click More Settings, which opens a new window Internet E-mail Settings, go to Outgoing Server
options, and check on My Outgoing Server requires Authentication, and click OK.
7.Then Click Next, and then click Finish in next Window
