I know this thing many of the project managers would know, but for new users, read it. Many of the times, we have to get the pictures of each window on the screen to give for presentation.
To get the picture of your Screen:
Just use Windows+PrintScreen. This will copy whole screen, and then you can paste it in Windows paint( opened by Windows+R, which opens run window, and then write mspaint in it., and then edit it to get the respected picture.
This tool is very helpful in making projects, where we need all the pictures of all windows of a project to put it in the paper, to submit it. It can be helpful for the project managers to get the picture-wise description and use it in both hardcopy and the softcopy.
