1. Disconnect all the peripheral devices .
2. Open the computer cabinet by a screw driver.
3. Then try to see the RAM, which would be like a line for you since applied in the direction of you, and perpendicular to CPU.
4. Take out the ram by placing the clips in their repective directions.
5. Again place it in the sockets provided, and this time press it hard, and the ram get fixed by itself in it.
6. Close the computer cabinet, and plug all the peripheral devices.
